Henry was just brilliant from beginning to end. He communicated regularly via email prior to arrival and nothing was too much hassle for him. 
He also gave us some insight into our itinerary as there was a public holiday in China two days after we arrived. He suggested going to the Great wall one day earlier than planned - if we hadn't the news reported 40km traffic jams the next day due to the number of Chinese vacationers visiting the next day - not what I call a fun holiday experience and Henry ensured we avoided that! 
On top of that Henry was always on time, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He brought the sites alive with hIS information without going so far as to feel we were on a study tour (though HE could be capable of that I suspect). We met a couple of hIS staff (mainly drivers) and they were right up to Henry's demanding standard.
Henry also dropped us off to excellent and well riced restaurants each day for lunch and was full of recommendations for dinner. He made travelling in Beijing a breeze and we had a fantastic holiday as a result - stress free and fun!
